Working together

Initial conversation

Upon receiving your enquiry, at first, we will arrange a phone call to introduce ourselves and explore your vision and event in its early stages.

Meeting in person

Next, we will schedule an in-person meeting — ideally at your chosen venue or event location — to delve deeper into your ideas and begin our close collaboration.

Crafting your proposal

We will create a bespoke proposal comprised of mood boards and design concepts that are inspired by colour, scent, pattern, and elements far beyond just the flowers!

Finessing the details

To bring our ideas to life, we then love to create personalised mock-ups and sample designs for tables, urns, and other key floral elements so that you can imagine what your event will look like in real life and on the day itself.

In the background

As your event draws closer, we will be hard at work behind the scenes. Whether you prefer timely updates or occasional check-ins, we are here to make sure your planning journey with us is as smooth and as stress-free as possible.

Setting the scene

Our team like to arrive on-site at least two days prior to the main event, in order to begin preparations. Our build then begins and the day before the event, we will start assembling arrangements and displays, working closely alongside fellow supplier teams.

The main event

As dawn breaks on the morning of the event, our team will be busy adding those all-important final, magical touches to the day.

Wrapping up

And worry not, when the event is over, our team will return to take everything down and restore order once again! Of course you may keep the flowers as mementoes for your guests, or we can handle their removal. Whatever you decide, we ensure the space is left immaculate and that we are last to leave, with the gate firmly closed behind us!
